ChatGup is designed to help people communicate and connect in a respectful and safe environment. These Community Guidelines explain what behavior is expected from all users of the platform.

By using ChatGup you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. Respect Other Users

All users must treat others with respect. Disagreements are allowed, but harassment or abusive behavior is not.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment or repeated unwanted messages
• Bullying or degrading language
• Hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation

2. No Illegal Activity

Users may not use ChatGup to engage in or promote illegal activities.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Fraud or financial scams
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Distribution of illegal materials
• Promotion of criminal activity

3. No Scams or Financial Solicitation

Users must not attempt to deceive or manipulate other users for financial gain.

Examples include:

• Romance scams
• Requests for money or financial transfers
• Cryptocurrency investment scams
• Requests for gift cards or payment outside the platform

Accounts involved in scams will be permanently banned.

4. No Sharing Personal Contact Information

Users should avoid sharing personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media profiles.

ChatGup may automatically restrict or block attempts to exchange external contact information to protect user safety.

5. No Spam or Automated Messages

Spam and automated messaging are prohibited.

Examples include:

• Sending repeated unsolicited messages
• Advertising products or services
• Using bots or scripts to contact users
• Mass messaging users without consent

6. No Impersonation

Users must not impersonate another person, organization, or public figure.

Misleading profile information may result in account suspension.

7. Inappropriate or Explicit Content

Users must not share content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful.

This includes:

• Sexually explicit material
• Non-consensual or exploitative images
• Graphic violence
• Content involving minors

Accounts sharing such content may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Safety When Meeting Offline

If you choose to meet someone you met on ChatGup in person, please exercise caution.

We recommend:

• Meeting in public places
• Informing a friend or family member
• Avoiding sharing personal addresses
• Trusting your instincts

ChatGup cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of other users.

9. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report behavior that violates these guidelines.

Reports help us maintain a safe and respectful community.

We review reports and may take action including:

• Removing content
• Restricting messaging abilities
• Temporarily suspending accounts
• Permanently banning users

10. Moderation and Enforcement

ChatGup reserves the right to review user activity and enforce these guidelines where necessary.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.

Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent account removal.

We may update these Community Guidelines periodically to improve safety and reflect evolving platform policies.
